The NiturTech is looking to recruit new Observability Consultants.

If you are an experienced observability consultant with strong knowledge of monitoring tools, who can 'hit the ground running' we'd also love to hear from you.

Role Description - Summary:  

This exciting opportunity is for a technical consultant who’s also passionate about training, to work closely with our clients and partners of leading observability products, helping clients with education, implementation, configuration, and operation of observability tools.   Projects may be short or long term, depending on the client’s requirements. Some travel may be required (within the relevant covid regulations) but the role is mostly home based. You will be trained, managed and fully supported by our observability industry experts.  

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Design and implement monitoring solutions through product installation, configuration and customisation
• Configure Business Transactions, create Custom Dashboards and setup Alerts to improve the client’s reactive and proactive monitoring capabilities 
• Develop strong and effective relationships with the clients (technology and business teams) and our software partners (project managers, delivery teams and sales teams) 
• Deliver monitoring services and operations to end clients (as part of short or long term APM engagements) 
• Deliver Education Services, training customers and partners to use and benefit from the tools  
• Identify opportunities for monitoring and service improvements, drive and encourage cultural changes within the client’s monitoring space to maximise the product’s benefits 
• Create documentation, listing and detailing the scope and the delivery of the client’s AP solution
