Mark is a technical manager, dealing with day to day deliveries for current and future clients. He has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, with the last 15 focused purely in the Observability arena.
He has always worked in customer facing roles throughout his career, from customer support through to professional services. And has always had an attraction to automation and scripting, as such he is experienced in creating and delivering bespoke, often tactical, applications and scripts to aid in deliveries.
He is also an experienced education content designer and instructor, delivering in both classroom and online settings.
